Where We Harvest
Sustainably sourced game meat from South Africa’s Kruger National Park and surrounds.
We’re Balancing the Scales in Conservation Areas
Harvest sources all game meat with the Harvest Seal of Sustainability from conservation areas in the natural grasslands and savannahs of the Kruger National Park and its surrounds.
Our region of origin covers more than 19 485 square kilometres, and we ensure that all meat is sustainably sourced and ethically culled according to correct protocols to keep the scale between humans and nature balanced. By doing so, we promote local economies, enhance ecosystems and ensure food security. Our fully traceable process enables consumers to trace their meat from bush to plate, keeping our sustainability promise.

Putting an end to Illegal and Irresponsible Poaching
The illegal meat trade and poaching pose serious threats to the ecosystems in the Kruger National Park and its surroundings. It also poses a health and biosecurity risk to the game meat industry.
To promote conservation, community and conscious consumption, greater compliance is necessary. By partnering with our sustainability partners and the South African Meat Industry Company (SAMIC), Harvest aims to make a significant and positive impact on the South African wildlife economy.
We can ensure that when you choose Harvest, you choose game meat that’s sustainable.
